second page:

</p>
<p>je parle chinois tous les jours</p>
<p>et toi?</p>
<p>moi ca va mais je ne suis pas tr&egrave;s bon en allemand</p>
<p>moi je suis super fort en anglais </p>

1. question:
Is the link
http://www.mysite.com/lilu/annonces/offres/aquitaine/73/indextestbis.php
part of the domain of your first page? Also, is the link a sub-folder of the calling page?
Because for the original Sphider, usually only URLs staying in the starting domain/directory are followed.
Eventually you need to activate the option 'Sphider can leave domain'.

2. question:
During index procedure, Sphider presents each link to be indexed. Is your above link (page 2) presented during index procedure?

Go to admin SETTINGS and check:
- Required number of words in a page in order to be indexed
- Minimum word length in order to be indexed

It probably is being indexed, but since it is not properly named index.php, it will not appear first in the results. Same goes for most search engine results.

Are you on ClickRaider?

Ignore me, I just discovered "Sphider can leave domain"...
