...admin/spider.php PROBLEM!!

Hello!
Everytime i go to index a page i get this message in my browser:

Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/www/poems.awardspace.com/admin/spider.php on line 11
Establishing connection with socket failed.

What does this mean? how do I fix it??

Talk to your host about their PHP security restrictions, and if it's possible to bypass that with a .htaccess line.
