I got an error "NOHOST" after I added the site and clicked on index (options was Full index.
Once I got that error message, I keep pressing F5 to refresh the page and after 5 tiems, it starting indexing.

Doesnt sound like something we can rely on.

You hit the page with a regular browser it works 10 out of 10 times.

Any one else got any ideas. Is there a timeout setting somewhere that could be adjusted?

On commandline indexing works fine!

OH... NOHOST could also be caused by invalid dns record stored somewhere in you ISPs DNS List! Or your own DNS server / Cache? Clean This and try again!

the site resolves no problem.

The issue is as the previous poster pointed out that it will not come live sometimes (in his case he had to refresh 5 times) I am using a command line batch to index each page of the document but it is frustrating the host not found errors.
