site php files?

My site pages are in .php not .html

Could this be the reason why Sphider is not indexing all my files?

I have a simple site with 1 directory and about 15 pages with the .php extension. The php pages have the html text in them. My links to these pages are in the dhtml menu, which is in a javascript .js file.

Does Sphider look at these files when indexing? It will only index my front page.

I've searched all through these forums for an answer. I have tried Full and higher depth numbers.

The php extension is no problem, but sphider does not follow javascript links. Also Google does not follow js links. You should make a (hidden) set of normal html links. You can better use a css menu, there are many and it is much better then the use of javascript.
