Making a custom Toolbar

Ok guys maybe you guys can help me...

I am making a custom toolbar for my sites The program i am using is dynamictoolbar.com when i try to put my search engine into this tool bar (if you actually want to know what i am talking about with this you can use dynamictoolbar.com for free and such...) it asks me for the URL of my search engine search results page (which you would think it would be yoursite.com/search.php right?) well to be quite honest with you im not actually sure what i should link it too cuz here is the default one that was already being used that your able to edit... http://mystart.com/results.php?pr={partnerName}&id={toolbarId}&v={majorVersion}_{minorVersion}&gen=ms&ent=tb&q={searchTerms} ....

This brings me to the problem...

I put in my URL where specified... ( http://thewickedrealms.com/search.php )

Now i save it and i preview it...

What comes up is the actual search.php page with no results...

"So what do i do now?" i asked my self...

Then i remembered trying conduit (which sucks totally in my opinion)

I had to put in a word in the search engine search.php and hit search and then use that URL... example: http://thewickedrealms.com/search.php?query=test&type=and&results=20&search=1 where test was the word that i searched on my search engine...

I took that url and i put that in where i needed the URL specified...

I save and then i preview once again...

I searched the word juggalo this time....

and then....

BOOM!!

it shows me this page... http://thewickedrealms.com/search.php?query=test&type=and&results=20&search=1

WHY???? what am i doing wrong?

what should i put there?

PLEASE HELP

Try putting thewickedrealms.com/search.php?pr={partnerName}&id={toolbarId}&v={majorVersion}_{minorVersion}&gen=ms&ent=tb&query={searchTerms}&search=1

Sphider doesn't use those parameters (unless you modify it to do so). Those were the parameters you provided in the original post. Those can be used to track toolbar usage.
