Search results fail, when link contains spaces

Hello,

I have this problem with sphider plus. When I get a page with search results and a link contains a space like this:

//mod/client negotiation.html

or in

html //mod/client%20negotiation.html

Something strange happens when I click it. It opens a new window containing this link:

//mod/client

So when I click the result, it breaks the link at the point where there is a space. For some reason sphider does something wrong and I can't figure it out.

Can somebody help please? Any ideas?
