Quick Spider.php Stop

As you may know, when you index pages on your server and go back to the admin panel, it takes forever just to load the admin.php from spider.php. This is due to your server not stopping the index process. Now i will show you how to fix this.
Open up spider.php and find "$command_line = 0;". Make a space after that and put this in:
if( isset($_GET['close']) ) {
switch( $_GET['close'] ) {
case 'true':
echo "<meta http-equiv='Refresh' content='0;url=admin.php'>";
exit('Click <a href="admin.php">here</a> to continue.');
break;
}
}

Next, go to messages.php and find this code:
$log_msg_html_1 = "<html><head><LINK REL=STYLESHEET HREF=\"admin.css\" TYPE=\"text/css\"></head>\n";
$log_msg_html_1 .= "<body style=\"font-family:Verdana, Arial; font-size:12px\">";
now find the next $log_msg_html function and replace that with this:
$log_msg_html_link = "[Back to <a href=\"spider.php?close=true\"><b>admin</b></a>]";
$log_msg_html_2 = "<p><font size=\"+1\">Sphider is now spidering: <b>$url</b></font></p>\n";

now this should work a lot easier for you if you want to stop spider.php

I have also seen the problem that you describe very well. So, I congratulate your contribution.

Nevertheless, I should like to try it only after the confirmation of other writers of the forum, because it deals with core code.

Thanks.
