Excluding parts of text on pages from indexing

Hi,
Great tool!
One question. Suppose I want to index only a part of text found on any given page - say, one paragraph. Is there a way to exclude the rest of content from indexing? Something like: <start indexing here> [....] </end indexing here>. Thank you.
